  1. The Archivist 4.2 must be used with HyperCard or HyperCard Player version 2.2 (or a more recent version) with a Macintosh with a monitor size of at least 640 by 400 pixels.  Hypercard & Hypercard Player version 2.1 may be used at your own risks because  a few ßeta testers have reported that the HyperCard 2.1 program can damage stacks built with version 2.2     This occasionnally occur with the “Compact Stack” menu item.

  3. Since this new version uses colour, you must make sure The Archivist can partition 4 megs of RAM or more to reach a better performance.  If your Macintosh is slow, you should selec the “Remove Colour from this Archive” menu item of the Utilities menu.
